Macadamia Cake (with puff pastry)

A vicious delicious recipe!

This cake is easy to make and can add a special touch to your events and celebrations
Ingredients:
8.81 oz of puff pastry
7 oz of macadamias
7 oz of white sugar
6.34 oz of unsalted butter, melted
5 large organic eggs
2 Tbsp of hazelnut or 'Kirsch' liquor (optional
2 Tbsp of cornstarch
1/4 tsp of macadamia extractCo
Confectioners sugar to srinkle on top
Directions:
1.Grease and flour an 8" mold
2.Extend the puff pastry and line the mold with it. Base and side
3. Lightly chop the puff pastry with a fork
4. Blend the macadamias, sugar, melted butter, eggs, liquor, cornstarch, and if you find it, the macadamia extract
5. Pour the mixture into the mold
6. Bake at 395oF for 45 minutes
7. Let the cake cool down and flip the cake over the surface of your choice.
8. Sprinkle with the confectioners sugar and decorate
