Macadamia Nut Butter

Macadamia Nut Butter is so GOOD, It might make you want to break up with your Peanut Butter

You bet!


Macadamia nut butter keeps you full for hours and fulfills your healthy fat needs in the healthiest possible way.

Macadamia butter contains monounsaturated fatty acids that promote heart health.

Adding Macadamia nuts to your diet can help reduce inflammation, lower triglycerides, support digestive health, and improve blood pressure.

Macadamia contain calcium, phosphorous, and magnesium that promote bone health.


The only thing you need is macadamias (either roasted or raw) some sea salt and a Food Processor.



Place the macadamias in your Food Processor and blend for some minutes. Depending on the power of your processor, you might need from 4 to 6 minutes for the macadamias to become creamy. Add a pinch or two of sea salt.

The salt enhances the flavor and gives it an 'extra touch'

The more you blend them, the creamier it will get.




Store it in the refrigerator to make it last longer. It can be eaten with toast or crackers A touch of your favorite marmalade (preferably one without sugar) and voilá!


Note: Roasted nuts bring more depth and flavor.

I personally love the raw macadamia butter nut version!
